We operate small group, semi-private excursions to enhance your travel experience. Our trusted transport providers use comfortable, modern minivans seating up to 8 passengers and minibuses for up to 16 passengers. These smaller vehicles ensure a more personal, relaxed, and enjoyable journey compared to larger tour buses.

For passengers with mobility issues, please note that the transport providers' vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. Passengers must be able to safely embark and disembark the vehicle unassisted. If you are travelling with a mobility aid, such as a wheelchair, mobility scooter, walker, or crutches, these must be fully collapsible to fit in the vehicle's trunk. We recommend contacting us before booking to discuss any specific needs or concerns.

Yes. A group booking rate may be available for parties of six (6) or more passengers travelling together on the same excursion. To qualify, the booking must be made and paid for by a single lead passenger. Group rate enquiries must be made prior to booking by emailing info@shoreexcursionscotland.com. Group booking rates cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Our guarantee ensures you'll return to your ship at least one hour before departure. If your ship doesn’t dock, we offer a 75% refund.

Yes, cancellations made more than 14 days before the excursion will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to reduced refunds as outlined in our terms.

If we cancel, you’ll be offered an alternative tour or a full refund. If your ship doesn’t dock, you’ll receive a 75% refund.
